As a born & raised Missouri girl, I love the simple life, and I believe most problems are solvable with a good support system and the courage to try (and try again).

I love giving practical tips that encourage healing and seeing my patients living a life they love. My recommendations focus on 5 aspects of healthy living: food, hydration, rest, mental health, and movement. Nothing has to be complicated, just consistent!

In my personal time, I love being at home but also anywhere there’s nature to be admired. I live in Kansas City with my husband, 4 of our children, and a very laid back cat, and we have one adult son in the metro as well. We have grand ideas of becoming avid gardeners and chicken ranchers when the time and space come together. I love reading science fiction and murder mysteries, hiking, bicycling, and disc golf.
